The Journey Collection is a licensed Portuguese operator (RNAAT 138/2026) designing private, fully-custom itineraries across mainland Portugal. Diogo has guided here for over a decade and runs every journey on the ground himself. Nissa is based in Atlanta, so your briefs, quotes and invoicing happen in your hours.

Our terms are on this page because you shouldn't have to start a conversation to find out whether we're worth one. If something here doesn't fit how you work, tell us — we'd rather adjust than lose the relationship over structure.
How we pay: 10% commission on land services, or net rates if you'd rather set your own margin. Your choice, per booking.
What we commit to:
- Commission — 10% on land services, paid after travel completes
- Net rates — available on request; take our net rate and apply your own margin
- First-draft quote — within 48 hours for full itineraries, same day for single-day journeys and transfers
- Changes during travel — same day, always; your client has a direct WhatsApp line to Diogo for the trip
- Your client, your relationship — we never solicit your clients directly, before, during or after travel
- Licence and insurance — RNAAT 138/2026, fully insured, certificates on request
- Deposit — 25% to confirm, balance due 14 days before arrival
- Cancellation — free up to 14 days out, 50% from 14 to 7 days, 100% inside 7 days. Hotels and villas sometimes carry their own terms; we flag those on the quote
- Payment — bank transfer or card, no card fee
- Commission paid — within 14 days of travel completing, not 30

Test Us With Something Small
You shouldn't hand your best client to a DMC you've never worked with. Nobody should.
Send us a single day and watch how it goes — how fast we come back with a plan, how the day actually runs, and what your client says afterwards. Then decide whether to send us the ten-day itinerary. Most of our advisor relationships started with one afternoon in Sintra.
On a first booking with us there's no deposit at all, and free cancellation up to seven days out. We'd rather earn the second booking than protect the first.
